A water-based, two-part protective coating built for corrosion resistance and strong adhesion across metal and compatible construction surfaces. It needs no primer on a correctly prepared surface and is available in multiple protective colours.
Published coverage: 30-35 sq ft per kg for two coats. This calculator uses the conservative 30 sq ft rate to reduce the risk of running short.

Surface preparation and accurate two-part mixing are essential. Follow the batch datasheet and use the mixed material promptly.
Remove loose rust, paint, oil, grease and contaminants. Abrade even new metal with sandpaper, grinding or sandblasting, then clean and dry.
Mix the Part 1 container first. For a 1 kg batch, measure 680 g of Part 1.
Slowly add 320 g of Part 2 and mix until completely homogeneous. A hand blender is helpful for batches above 5 kg.
Brush or spray the prepared mixture evenly. No separate primer is required on a correctly prepared compatible surface.
Apply at least 2 coats; 3 coats give the best system build. Keep 6-8 hours between coats and do not use on galvanized metal.
