To prepare 1 kg of Unicoat-555 open the Part 1 container, mix the contents and take 680g.
Slowly add 320g of Part 2 and mix the 2 components to create a homogeneous mix.
In case of larger batch size above 5 kg use of hand blender is preferable but is not mandatory.
The coating is now ready for use and can be sprayed/painted by brush as applicable.
Proper surface preparation is mandatory before application of the coating to remove the existing rust and loose particles.
The surface should be from any particles, grease oil, or any type oil. No need of any primer or base coat.
