• To prepare 1 kg of IQsolv UC-555™ open the Part 1 container, mix the contents and take 680g.
• Slowly add 320g of Part 2 and mix the 2 components to create a homogeneous mix.
• In case of larger batch size above 5 kg use of hand blender is preferable but is not mandatory.
• The coating is now ready for use and can be sprayed/painted by brush as applicable.
• Rub the metal surface with sandpaper or a grinder or sandblasting even if it's new surface. or you can use RUSTOSTOP.
• Proper surface preparation is mandatory before application of the coating to remove the existing rust and loose particles.
• The surface should be from any particles, grease oil, or any type oil. No need of any primer or base coat.
