IQsolv TOPCOAT™ is a corrosion resistance coating. It provides a crystal clear invisible glossy layer, which is transparent and hard. Metal surface will look new, shinning and glazed for a longer period. The shiny coating surface resists water, retards rust and protects the colour from sun and rain. The coating does not need any primer, etching, or phosphating. This coating can be applied directly even on zinc plate. Topcoat has brine sea water corrosion resistance.

Why TopCoat
A transparent anti-corrosion topcoat that forms a crystal-clear, hard glossy layer over prepared metal. It protects without hiding the appearance beneath, making it useful where a clean, durable finish matters.

How to apply
Good preparation is essential for a clear finish. Follow the batch TDS for drying, recoating and site-specific safety guidance.
Remove loose material
Scrape away blistered, loose or peeling paint, rust and scale so the remaining surface is firm.
Abrade the surface
Rub the prepared metal with emery paper to produce a clean, sound surface for adhesion.
Clean and dry
Wipe the surface dry and remove all oil, grease and soot. Let it dry completely before coating.
Apply TopCoat
Apply by brush, spray or dip. No separate primer, etching or phosphating step is required.
Build the protective film
Apply a minimum of two coats, observing the drying and recoating instructions stated in the current TDS.
