Official coverage used here: 1000 sq ft = 20 kg for 2 coats. Actual use varies with porosity and application thickness.

Clean the substrate and remove loose material, oil, dust and standing water. Repair major cracks first.
Prepare a slurry using SeelanShield, cement and water in a 1:4:4 ratio; include about 1% C-Max where specified.
Brush the slurry evenly onto the prepared surface. Apply the specified second coat after the first has set.
Protect the treated area during curing and inspect edges, joints and thin spots before exposure to water.
