Rusto-stop is a unique product that transforms electrochemically iron oxide (rust) into a metalloorganic complex, reacting with rust. Rusto-stop is a synthetic polymeric formula that converts existing rust into moisture free, black protective coating. Not only does it eliminate existing rust, but it seals out moisture to prevent the possibility of future rust formation and corrosion.

The chemical mode of action of rust converters is the conversion of porous and loose iron oxide (rust) into firmly adhering iron phosphate layers. Rust Convertor is a water based rust convertor coating. When used as a single coat, rust scales are converted into a dark blue-black film, which retard further rust formation and also work as primer or base coat for any other protective coating.

How to Use

1.Remove loose paint rust scales with wire brush in case of blisters formed on the metallic surfaces these shall be removed completely.
2.Give first coat of diluted Rusto Stop on to the cleaned surface. This will act as primer for Rust converter treatment.
3.Apply one coat of Rusto stop with brush or spray, it will form a black dan coating.
4.Apply second & third coat, each after 4-6 hours gap for best results. It will finally form a blue-black dark protective coating on the metal surface.
5.It takes 48 hrs for complete process of rust conversion to protective coating.
