IQsolv Black Coat is a new generation, Pitch-Epoxy-Alkyd based coating, recommended as an environment friendly water proofing system on all types of bricks, concrete and wooden surfaces. Blackcoat has a good grip and gives a coating thickness between 40-50 microns on single coat basis. It is completely moisture free and gives a good waterproof layer and is better than Tar felted substitutes. It is the first step for giving full proof water proofing to roofs and is compatible with any type of roofs strata including the lime surkhi coated roofs.

How to Use

Step 1 – First
day will be of cleaning and washing of the roof surface properly, cleaning
dirt, moss making completely
clean and drying the roof surface.
Step 2 – Apply two coats of Seelanshield as a base layer.
Black Coat:
First coat: 1 part Black Coat + 0.2 parts water
Subsequent coats: 1 part Black Coat + 0.1 parts water
Step 3 – Apply a each coat after 4 hours after each coat for complete waterproofing.
